Clandestina Project
Description
In the heart of Havana Vieja, a boutique is already very active and open to customers. A large adjoining space is being renovated to accommodate production. The company's activities include Logo printing on textiles, sewing, pattern-making, etc. The workshop is also being renovated to host events to get young people off the streets, and to organize exhibitions by local artists, among others.

Objectives
The latest visit confirms that the work is progressing well, that the store's activity is stable and that the employees are active and highly competent. Current needs are two industrial sewing machines and, above all, the means to replace the defective blinds in the new production area. Textiles and threads are of course always welcome, as nothing can be acquired easily in Cuba. At present, our creations are made from recycled textile materials.

Activities
We keep in touch with the team and hope to run courses for the team's seamstresses, who are keen to learn new production techniques.
