This Privacy Policy explains (i) what information is collected when you access and use our Internet pages at https://www.ganydar.org (the "Platform"), (ii) how we use the information collected, and (iii) the level of security we provide to protect it.
By accessing and using the Platform, you expressly accept this Privacy Policy. This policy may be amended at any time to adapt to any new business practice, technology or legislative change.

Disclosure to third parties

We do not share your Personal Data with third parties, except our partners and/or subcontractors, to the extent necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they are collected, for example when making a donation for our financial support, your payment information is transmitted exclusively to the company to which we subcontract the management and collection of your donation.

Transmission abroad

Your personal data is processed in Switzerland but may also be stored and used in other countries, it being specified that some of these locations may include countries that do not necessarily guarantee the same level of protection of personal data as Switzerland.
